Job Summary:Trinchero Family Estates (TFE) is seeking a dynamic and innovative Spirits Marketing Manager to lead and shape brand strategy and tactical execution for a portfolio of high-quality, craft spirits, including the fast-growing Tres Agaves organic tequila and mixers (Impact 2023 Hot Prospect brand award), Hanson of Sonoma organic craft vodka, Amador whiskey, and Trincheri vermouth. We seek an entrepreneurial spirit who brings initiative, drive, and creativity to the role.
As the business owner, the Spirits Marketing Manager will develop and execute annual brand plans, monitor sales, manage budgets, and oversee P&Ls. This role works in close collaboration with the TFE Spirits sales team, internal cross-functional partners, and external agencies. The ideal candidate is both a strategic thinker and an action-oriented doer, eager to dive in and make a significant impact.This role is based in our Napa office Monday through Thursday, with remote work on Fridays.Essential Functions:

Management may assign or reassign duties and responsibilities to this job at any time due to reasonable accommodation or other reasons.Develop and implement strategic annual brand plans with careful consideration of marketing investment ROI and marketplace impact.Create 360 marketing programs that effectively engage trade and consumer audiences through POS, events, digital, media, and PR tactics.Collaborate with the Spirits Sales VP and sales team to identify market opportunities and activate brand initiatives.Develop and execute high-impact consumer event activations.Initiate and conduct analyses using various data sources to uncover business drivers and growth opportunities.Conduct research for new and existing products to assess and create business solutions based on consumer, competition, and customer insights.Maintain awareness of all key drivers of business performance.Recommend ongoing marketing plan modifications, package changes, and line extensions.Identify optimal consumer targets and brand positioning.Observe and analyze new trends and competitive activities to innovate and build the brands.Monitor the progress of marketing plans, collaborate with key functional areas, and manage outside agencies to meet objectives on schedule and within budget.Ensure compliance with applicable quality, environmental, and safety regulations.Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.Proven experience in spirits or beverage marketing.Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make strategic decisions.Excellent project management and organizational skills.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.Self-starter, able to work autonomously.Strong collaboration and communication skills.Creative thinker with a results-driven approach.Working Conditions:
