Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve issues as they relate to systems and processes. Position is responsible for providing Level 1 and 2 support for EDI, as well as intermittent Level 1 support for other Blue Cherry supply chain applications.BE THE ISLAND GUIDEFunctionEDI Processing
Check for accuracy on inbound and outbound EDI transactions.Make corrections, as needed in EDI translator or other Tommy Bahama systems.Ensure timely and correct transfer of data to and from Tommy Bahama systems.Manage the third-party product catalogs (i.e., 832 transactions).Provide support to internal customers to resolve EDI related orders, ASN, invoice, 3PL transactions, etc. issues.Troubleshoot and resolve EDI translator processing issues. Work closely with translator vendor, VANs, and/or trading partners as needed.
EDI System Administration
Work with vendors to add and configure new trading partners, transactions, etc.Maintain the trading partner profile, item cross-reference file, and all other support files.Develop and execute test plans related to EDI translator or other Tommy Bahama systems.Identify opportunities to improve EDI operations and processing. Work closely with IT to design, implement and test improvements and/or break/fix.Evaluate and document business processes from end to end.
