As a global-leading health and well-being provider – encompassing physical, mental and financial health – TELUS Health is improving health outcomes for consumers, patients, healthcare professionals, employers and employees.The opportunity:As a seminar and workshop facilitator you will be responsible for delivering in-person & virtual training sessions to TELUS Health corporate clients.Content is already prepared and includes topics such as change management, stress management, resiliency, respect, professionalism and difficult behaviors. You will be working as an independent contractor.How you will make an impact:You will actively manage the learning environment and share your subject matter expertise and experience with client participants by facilitating learning sessions.Seminars: One hour awareness building sessions also known as "lunch 'n learns".Workshops: Half- and full- day interactive, skill-building sessions most often focused on changing workplace behavior.Are you the collaborator we are looking for:You possess a postgraduate degree in adult education, psychology, industrial relations, organizational behavior or human resource management or equivalent experience;You have a minimum of 5 years experience delivering instructor–led training in an applied workplace setting;You have practical experience delivering skill-based training to adult learners in a variety of workplace settings;You demonstrate superior communication, presentation and group facilitation skills;You have the ability to adapt instructional material and strategies to accommodate individual and group differences, as well as special needs of learners.A bit about usWe’re a people-focused, customer-first, purpose-driven team who works together every day to innovate and do good.
