When you apply and get hired, you are eligible for a $250 sign-on bonus.Position SummaryThe Framing Fatherhood Workshop Facilitator will promote responsible fatherhood through the provision of workshops, groups, and other direct services, using an evidence-based curriculum. The Facilitator should be well versed in workshop topics such as parenting skills, community resources, healthy relationships, life skills, and various other social equity topics. Individuals in this position will educate, inspire and guide fathers towards an awareness of their worth as involved males within their families and communities while helping them identify and address their barriers to being involved and effective fathers and male role models.Location:

Part TimeDuties and Responsibilities:Facilitate evidence-based fatherhood workshops at multiple sites and/or on virtual platforms.Support planning and implementation of program-wide events and activities for enrolled participants.Support scheduling and management of workshop calendar with team.Create and maintain up-to-date paper and electronic client records to include case notes, group notes, sign-in sheets, pre-/post-tests, evaluations, Certificates of Completion.Assist in recruitment of participants to enroll and complete program.Support formation, recruitment and implementation of the Fatherhood Advisory Council.Maintain strong relationships and communication with sites and partners.Participate in trainings related to delivery of evidence-based fatherhood workshop curriculum, as well as continuing education opportunities.Attend meetings, trainings and conferences that contribute to personal development and the growth and improvement of the Framing Fatherhood initiative.Engage in regular supervision with Program Manager.Other duties as assigned.REQUIREMENTS:High school diploma required. Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Human Services, Education or related field preferred.Minimum one year of work experience in case management, human service, healthcare, group facilitation - especially related to male involvement and/or fatherhood, community or educational setting or equivalent combination of education, training and experience.Ability to multi-task, possession of excellent time management/organizational skills and verbal/written communication skills.Ability to work with and relate well to people and organizations.Must have and maintain a valid Driver's License in the state of residence.Must have and maintain automobile insurance if driving a personal vehicle.Benefits:At the Center for Family Services, our employees are our greatest resource and we are committed to investing in our staff.
