authentic experience!Under the direction of the Manager, Database & Middleware, the Engineer III – Middleware will be focused on leading the management and maintenance of IEHP’s middleware applications like Apache Tomcat, IIS, Kafka, WebSphere, etc., and have a passion for debugging complex problems. This role will also be responsible for production code release with support from the IEHP’s AppDev teams.Commitment to Quality:

Education & ExperienceThe following experience may be concurrent:Minimum eight (8) years of experience on Middleware applications like Kafka, IIS, Tomcat, Websphere, WebLogic, performance tuning and managing them in clustered environments.Hands-on experience with configuration management and automation tools such as Puppet (preferred), Chef, Ansible, Rundeck, Jenkins, and/or related tools.Hands-on experience with executing scripts and independently performing troubleshooting on Linux and/or Unix (RHEL/Solaris) operating systems.Bachelor’s degree in a Computer related field or similar technical field from an accredited institution required.Key QualificationsExpert knowledge of installing, configuring, administering, implementing and performance tuning clustered Middleware environments.Expert knowledge of writing UNIX Shell Scripts (Korn, Bourne), WLST and Python scripts.Strong understanding of the JVM and how it operates and optimizing it for best performance and availability, i.e., Garbage Collection, Tuning, etc.Expert knowledge of DevOps toolsets such as Jenkins, Kubernetes, Docker etc. desirable.Strong knowledge on AZURE or any other cloud technologies.Start your journey towards a thriving future with IEHP and apply
