Join a team of high-caliber engineers to develop and support quantitative analytics that powers electronic trading of fixed income and derivatives in every stage of the trading work flow, enriches market data, drives risk management, and optimizes billing.
This team works in a dynamic environment and collaborates closely with teams both within and outside technology, such as Application, STP, Trading, QA, Support, Market Data, Billing, and product teams.
Tradeweb Technology jobs are fully remote. The Tradeweb Technology hub is located in our Jersey City office which can be used for team meetings and collaboration efforts. There may be days where travel to the Jersey City office is recommended for organizational off-sites.
Job Responsibilities
Develop high-performance analytics libraries for fixed income and derivatives.
Document the expansions and enhancements of the fixed income calculation library.
Provide frontline support of analytics related production issues and inquiries.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s, Master’s or PhD degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or equivalent field.
10+ years of professional experience developing infrastructure to support quantitative investing.
Strong object-oriented design skills, ideally acquired through extensive use of C++.
Expertise in the valuation and pricing of credit bonds, mortgage backed securities, or interest rate derivatives.
In-depth understanding of the market conventions for emerging market government and corporate bonds.
Exceptional quantitative and analytical skills.
Strong written and verbal communications skills.

The current pay range for this role if performed in the city of New York is currently $225,000 to $260,000 per year, based on a regular, full-time schedule. The amount of pay offered will be determined by a number of factors, including but not limited to qualifications, market data, geographic location, and internal guidelines.
