We offer advanced resources that drive nursing success, empower front-line certified allied health workers, help physicians pass boards and stay current, and provide education management tools for medical education programs.WHAT YOU'LL DOAs a Manager Software Engineering you will guide a team of developers in delivering integrated technology solutions, leveraging their technical expertise in CRM platforms, particularly D365 and Salesforce. You will be responsible for the software development lifecycle across the Sales platforms within the ITS organization, ensuring solutions align with Sales business processes and broader enterprise integration from Marketing to Financials. This role also includes HR management tasks, such as performance reviews, to support team development and organizational objectives.WHERE YOU’LL WORKThis position offers the flexibility of remote work within the continental United States.HOW YOU’LL SPEND YOUR TIMEImplement CRM solutions for Marketing, Sales, Customer Service, and Project Operations, aligning with customer business outcomes, providing demos, and drafting work statements with estimationsIntegrate Dynamics apps with Mobility, Outlook, Marketing Automation (e.g., Hubspot), and third-party apps, using microservices and RESTful APIs for effective bidirectional integrationLead development with Agile methodologies, manage team workloads with JIRA, and improve team performance using metrics within a SAFe frameworkEnsure operational excellence by proactively monitoring platform health, preventing outages, and embracing a leadership role in DevOps culture and solution architectureUnderstand and address business needs while directing a Software Engineering team, ensuring alignment with business goalsCultivate a DevOps culture with an agile approach to software development and operations, enhancing team collaboration and efficiencyManage team members to ensure effective operation and delivery of committed work items, including leading planning sessions, retrospectives, and demosMaintain effective working relationships with business and technical staff in various environments, managing direct reports and fostering team growthWHAT YOU'LL NEEDBachelor's degree preferred; equivalent experience required4+ years of hands-on experience with Sales platforms such as CRM (Dynamics 365 preferred) and software development management5+ years of software development experience (PHP, .NET, C# preferred)Hands on Experience with Power Platform (Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate), Logic Apps, and Dataverse/CDSStrong Leadership in data migration, business analysis, and process transformationProficient in managing product releases and system updates with minimal downtimeHands on experience with peripheral technologies such as SQL, SRSS, and application frameworksFamiliarity with agile methodologies, leading teams toward self-organizationStrong problem-solving skills and ability to communicate and interact across all business levelsBENEFITSFlexible and generous paid time offCompetitive medical, dental, vision and life insurance401(k) employer matching programParental leaveWellness resourcesCharitable matching programOn-site workout facilities (Leawood, Gilbert, Burlington)Community outreach groupsFostering A Sense of BelongingWe seek out and celebrate all people and perspectives and cultivate an inclusive culture where everyone can thrive, feel valued and be their authentic selves.
