Process large scale Walmart datasets using distributed cloud computing technologies to measure, understand, and bring insight to our merchandise data. Build and maintain ML/DL model pipelines and services with a focus on data analytics. Responsible for end to end ownership and collaboration with product, engineering, vendors, and annotation partners to drive production ML application integrations and maintenance. Collaborate with other internal Walmart Data Science teams to enable high quality user experiences powered by AI/ML. Support business objectives by collaborating with business partners to identify opportunities to improve our high-priority initiatives. Collaborate with the Data Engineering team to gather the right information from our various sources. Conduct exploratory analysis including hypothesis testing, statistical inference, and statistical analysis.Minimum education and experience required:

Master’s degree or equivalent in Statistics, Economics, Analytics (any), Mathematics, Computer Science, Information Technology or related field and 2 years of experience in an analytics related field;

OR

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Statistics, Economics, Analytics (any), Mathematics, Computer Science, Information Technology or related field and 4 years of experience in an analytics related field.Skills required:

Experience processing and building scalable ETLs using distributed cloud computing technologies including Spark, Presto, and BigQuery. Experience building and maintaining ML/DL model pipelines using ML workflows. Experience conducting exploratory analysis on large scale datasets using distributed computing technology PySpark. Experience designing bi-variate and multi-variate A/B experiments and hypothesis tests. Experience conducting statistical inference, statistical analysis, and quasi-experiments using Python or R. Experience coding in object-oriented programming language including Python or Scala. Experience using scripting language including Bash or Python. Experience with SQL database design by utilizing Stored Procedures CTEs, UDFs, Temp tables, and Window Functions. Experience with data strategy for data pipelines and data products. Experience writing unit and integration tests and contributing to engineering wiki and documents work.

Employer will accept any amount of experience with the required skills.Salary Range:

$191,699/year to $286,000/year. Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include: Regional Pay Zone (RPZ) (based on location) and Stock equity incentives.Benefits:
