:The primary responsibility of the National Marketing Executive is to streamline processes, exercise sound judgment, and make informed decisions to fulfill casino customer requests. All tasks must be carried out in alignment with MGM Resorts International's marketing policies, practices, and procedures. You will play a vital role in our mission to own the guest's experience and create

memories that they will carry with them far beyond their stay with us.THE DAY-TO-DAY:Assess and evaluate customers' casino activity to provide tailored incentives, with the authority to approve a limited range of comps and allowances (including rooms, food, beverages, event tickets, promotional chips, free play, airfare, and discounts)Maintain the property's customer base to enhance customer development effortsManage customer reservations using VIPR/AUTOCAB, OPERA, and PATRON management systemsIf authorized, grant limited marker authorization limits to qualifying customersMake informed decisions regarding customer credit lines, allowances, and comps, with minimal exposure to business decisionsAssist in managing customers to ensure profitable relationshipsCollaborate with Casino Marketing, fellow Marketing Executives, and property staff to support and facilitate in-house casino customersAttend special events as needed to promote marketing efforts and engage with customersParticipate in quarterly Receivable Meetings to provide updates to the Corporate Finance teamSafeguard confidential casino customer information by upholding guest privacy and adhering to company policies regarding information requestsResolve customer disputes and complaints to achieve satisfaction for both the customer and the companyComply with local laws and Title 31, and attend all mandatory compliance and training sessionsTHE IDEAL CANDIDATE:Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experienceNevada State Gaming RegistrationMust be able to work various shifts, including weekends and all holidaysThree (3) years of experience in the Casino Marketing industry of a similar resort settingExceptional customer service and savvy interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with all stakeholdersDemonstrates and maintains a professional, neat and well-groomed appearance adhering to MGM Resorts International Marketing standardsAbility to work with a team in a fast-paced environmentAble to travel domestically or internationally to meet existing customer baseAble to effectively communicate in English, in both written and verbal formsTHE PERKS & BENEFITS:Health & Income Protection benefits (for eligible employees)Professional and personal development opportunities through employee programs and network groupsFree meals in our employee dining roomFree parking on and off-shift at all MGM Resorts propertiesWellness incentive programs to help you stay healthy physically and mentallyAccess to company hotel, food and beverage, retail, and entertainment discountsFULL JOB DESCRIPTION:https://mgmresorts.marketpayjobs.com/ShowJob.aspx?EntityID=2&jobcode=19646Are you ready to
