This role involves evaluating market trends, recruiting top-tier clientele, and building long-term professional partnerships to drive revenue growth. All activities are conducted in strict alignment with departmental and property policies, ensuring compliance, consistency, and operational excellence.THE DAY-TO-DAY:Drives results for National Marketing and Casino Marketing VIP Services.Develops strategies to grow volume, market share, and incremental revenue.Cultivates teamwork, feedback, recognition, and leadership growth.Guides Customer Development Executives to enhance performance.Identifies trends to boost profitability, efficiency, and guest experience.Resolves guest concerns promptly for positive outcomes.Anticipates challenges and removes obstacles for smooth operations.Plans trips to promote events, concerts, and property offerings.Establishes policies to ensure efficiency and service quality.Supports the SVP of National Marketing in daily operations.Manages credit, comps, and airfare across properties.Prepares departmental budgets and forecasts for leadership review.THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent experience4+ years of relevant experience, ideally in the casino industryPrevious experience in a similar resort setting preferredProfessional appearance and demeanorExceptional customer service skillsStrong interpersonal skills to engage effectively with guests and business contactsStrong organizational, analytical, and project management skillsAttention to quality, detail, and operational excellenceTHE PERKS & BENEFITS:Wellness incentive programs to help you stay healthy physically and mentallyAccess to company hotel, food and beverage, retail, and entertainment discounts as well as discounts with company partners on things like travel, electronics, online shopping, and moreFree meals in our employee dining roomFree parkingHealth & Income Protection benefits
