Your approachable, and personable demeanor, coupled with your dedication to provide delightful experiences will set the stage for the memories that they can carry with them well past their stay with us. By delivering top-notch guest experiences, assisting guests with the shipping, and receiving of packages, performing counter service functions and maintaining presentability, you play a crucial role in elevating the overall guest experience.THE STARTING PAY: $16.50THE DAY-TO-DAY:Cultivate premium guest experiences assisting guests through phone calls and emailsEfficiently process and document all stored inventories of courier and drop-off parcelsProvide guest assistance in the processing and reviewing of all shipping and receivingEnsure proper security and accuracy when releasing packages or facilitating delivery of packagesEnsure correct charges and credits are posted, collect payments, handle cash and credit transactions, and demonstrate responsibility in balancing all cash and cash equivalent transactionsPerform the counter service functions including but not limited to: sending and receiving faxes, photocopying, computer workstation rentals, laptop, workstation printing, selling & promoting of retail items and collecting guest email addressesAssist guests with workstation personal computer functions including Internet usageMaintain interdepartmental communication and support services with Sales, Convention Services, Special Events and the Mail CenterProvide assistance and information for inquiries regarding business activities and locations of in-house or city-wide conventionsFacilitate exhibit, meeting and function set-ups in regard to package, freight and equipment deliveryPerform other job-related duties as requestedTHE IDEAL CANDIDATE: Must be a minimum of 18 years of ageWork varied shifts, to include weekends and holidaysHas a flexible scheduleBilingualPrior experience with AAA/ Mobile/ Forbes guest service standards in a hotel/resort setting.Previous customer service experience in a retail settingPolished appearance and presentabilityHas prior experience with office functions such as photocopying, faxing, printing, laminating, packing, labeling, and shipping packagesTHE PERKS & BENEFITS: Wellness incentive programs to help you stay healthy physically and mentallyAccess to company hotel, food and beverage, retail, and entertainment discounts as well as discounts with company partners on things like travel, electronics, online shopping, and moreFree meals in our employee dining roomFree parking on and off-shiftHealth & Income Protection benefits (for eligible employees)Professional and personal development through programs and networking opportunities as well as volunteer opportunities in the communityAre you ready to JOIN THE SHOW?
