This exciting role requires excellent attention to detail, great organization and prioritization skills, the ability to plan ahead and to meet tight deadlines, all while juggling multiple critical requests.Key job responsibilitiesHigh judgment and decision making in an ambiguous environmentProactively coordinate and engage with leadership in planning and organizing events, activities, and calendarsManage complex calendar and scheduling requirementsPlanning executive Domestic and International TravelExcellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skillsTrack and help drive completion of key deliverables and following up on outstanding itemsParticipate in planning of key meetings and eventsAbout the teamDiverse Experiences: World Wide Sustainability (WWS) values diverse experiences. The base pay for this position ranges from $66,800/year in our lowest geographic market up to $142,800/year in our highest geographic market.
