Your Impact:
As a Marketing Coordinator, your responsibilities will include:
Creating captivating visual designs and content delivery, as directed.
Fostering collaboration across departments, including Marketing, Sales, and Product Development teams.
Utilizing data to segment audiences based on behavior, demographics, and engagement levels to ensure personalized and targeted messaging.
Planning, executing, and optimizing email marketing campaigns, including newsletters, drip campaigns, promotional offers, and product announcements.
Ensuring compliance with rules and regulations.
Delivering presentations to Senior Management.
Designing and managing lead nurturing workflows that convert leads into paying customers.
Applying knowledge of web design and publishing for effective content creation.
What You Will Bring:
Actively supporting the development and execution of brand initiatives.
Identifying and targeting specific customer segments and demographics for tailored marketing efforts.
Collaborating with sales, content, and design teams to ensure email campaigns align with broader marketing strategies and brand messaging.
Developing and implementing comprehensive email marketing strategies that drive lead generation and enhance customer retention.
Contributing to comprehensive digital marketing strategies, including social media, SEO, PPC, and blogging efforts.
Leveraging expertise in lead scoring and customer journey mapping to enhance campaign performance.
Monitoring and analyzing campaign performance metrics, such as open rates, click-through rates, conversion rates, and ROI.
Skills:
Strong analytical skills with experience in campaign tracking and performance analysis.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Expected Compensation:
The expected compensation for this position is competitive, ranging from $75,000 to $80,000 per year along with additional benefits.
