Description:Hybrid | Chicago, ILOur client, a leader in their industry, has an exciting opportunity for a copywriter.Due to client requirement, applicants must be willing and able to work on a w2 basis. For our w2 consultants, we offer a great benefits package that includes Medical, Dental, and Vision benefits, 401k with company matching, and life insurance.Rate: $30 - $40 / hr. w2Responsibilities:Write compelling headlines, human centered stories, communications to current customers and messaging to consumers.Collaborate with team (read: Art Directors, Creative Directors, Brand and Marketing Strategists) and clients (read: Internal Marketing Partners & Line of Business clients).Autonomously manage multiple deadlines on numerous, concurrent projects.Deliver work with meticulous attention to detail on time, every time.Listen to and incorporate feedback like a champ.Understand the goals of a project, take direction well, and ask questions when need clarification.Display strong presentation skills while being expected to articulate and sell work.Experience Requirements:Basic Qualifications:Bachelor's Degree or Military Experience.At least 2 years of copywriting or creative writing experience in a professional setting.Portfolio to present creative work.Preferred Qualifications:Bachelor's Degree in Communications, Creative Writing or Journalism.Experience in B2B Marketing.Experience in event marketing.Experience in Commercial Banking marketing.Experience in financial services industry.
