These values are at the heart of everything we do and inspire our employees to embody them in every aspect of their work.The Sisley Group is looking for a Senior Brand Marketing Manager to build and implement annual plans to drive long term brand equity and achieve business objectives in the US & Canada. The Manager will be the gatekeeper of their product ranges, working closely with cross-functional partners to deliver a consistent and impactful consumer experience across all channels & markets. This role reports to the leadership marketing team. Ideal candidates will have 6 to 8 years of experience in Marketing, preferably in the beauty industry.Core Responsibilities:Market intelligence:Develop a deep understanding of the existing Sisley customer segments and ecosystem (with a focus on make-up & haircare + styling).Conduct in-depth market research in both the US & Canadian markets to identify trends, customer insights, and competitive landscapesCampaign ideation:Connect local insights from market research with global product and brand strategy to develop relevant, full-funnel campaigns that meet the brand’s objectives in the US and Canada to drive brand equity & boost awareness.Closely collaborate with our cross functional partners to design 360 go-to-market campaign strategies for new launches, product, and brand campaigns: retail, digital, social, PR, events, field teams, etc.Develop a deep understanding of our retailer partners to create tailor-made programs that will resonate with our customers & drive conversion & loyalty.Campaign implementation:Lead creative briefing and creative development process in partnership with the Director, ensuring campaigns offer rich storytelling, sharp product positioning, and assets that support the entire consumer journey.Act as a central point of contact to ensure that all assets & collaterals are delivered on time for the execution of each campaign.Reporting:Lead post-mortem analysis of new launches and campaigns with cross-channel partners, summarizing and sharing learnings across the organization to inform future initiatives and optimize campaigns.Lead monthly and quarterly dashboard and report updates across the marketing team, identifying key insights and recommendations based on brand health and performance.Long term strategy:Stay ahead of emerging trends, culture, and competitive activity, while infusing insights & data into strategies for brand growth.Understand the key drivers of growth and collaborate with the marketing leadership team on long-term strategy and annual marketing plans.Team management:Daily management of our junior team members.Support the leadership team in the recruitment, the training and development of Sisley talents.Personality-wise:Independent thinker, entrepreneurial spirit, willing to work hands-on for a fast-growing brand.Team player with a collaborative and positive attitude, inclusive and genuine.Highly organized, detail-oriented, at ease with both long-term & tight deadlines.Ability to work well in a team environment but flexible working independently, meeting goals and deadlines.Passionate about beauty, sensitive to luxury.Required Experience and Skills:8+ years of related Beauty marketing experience (Make-up and hair care preferred) , including end to end experience / traditional brand management.Experience with innovation or product marketing, and product storytelling.Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or related field.Strong analytical thinking and business acumen.Ability to distill action from insights & market research into brand strategy and creative briefs.Exceptional cross-functional collaboration skills.Proficient in marketing analytics tools.Excellent communication and presentation skills.A hands-on self-starter with strong organizational skills who is comfortable with fast turnarounds and tight timelines.Excellent oral and written communication, analytical, and creative skills.Proactive approach – take initiative to do what is needed for the business.Proficiency in Microsoft Office (mainly Excel + PowerPoint) and similar programs.
