At Postman, our Sales Enablement team is responsible for arming our sales team with the necessary tools and knowledge to proficiently sell Enterprise and close new logos. From creating sales training and collateral to offering unwavering support and guidance, we're committed to equipping our GTM teams with everything they need to achieve unparalleled success.What you’ll do:
Design and develop training content and self-paced courses for new hire onboarding, everboarding, and skills development for the go-to-market teamApply proven instructional design theories and adult learning principles to the development of engaging and relevant content that enhances learning transfer and retentionCollaborate with the new hire onboarding program manager and subject matter experts to identify target audience’s training needsConduct instructional research and analysis on our learners and stakeholdersCreate learning objectives to appropriately match the identified training needs, and design content that meets those goalsManage, own, and update training content in LMS and CMS in collaboration with department standardsProduce hands-on exercises, activities, and assessments that align with the content and learner, and are designed to reinforce learningSimultaneously manage multiple learning programs holding various levels of complexity and time-critical deliverables through their entire life cycleWho you are:
You possess strong knowledge of learning theories and instructional design modelsYou have the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholdersYou understand the needs and learning styles of diverse audiencesYou can adapt quickly to evolving needs of a high growth GTM team and provide flexibility to adjust content to changing feedback, strategies and requirementsYou are comfortable with ambiguity and consider yourself adaptable: Willing to learn, try new approaches and iterate based on impactYour competencies include excellent organizational, analytical, interpersonal, and written/oral communication skillsWhat you’ve done:
Minimum 3-5 years of experience designing and producing learning content for software applicationsSkilled in course developmentExperience managing, organizing, and updating Learning Management Systems and/or Content Management Systems (preferably Highspot)Demonstrated ability to translate product features, specifications, and technical complexities into accessible learning contentStrong editing, writing, and communication skills with the ability to create clear instructional content and scripts, and to edit others' work to meet department standardsProven track record of delivering high-quality content in dynamic, fast-paced environments with rapidly changing products.Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data to inform decisions and improve outcomesWork hours within one of these four North American time zones (Eastern, Central, Mountain, Pacific), preferably located in the San Francisco bay areaBachelor’s degree in instructional design, educational technology, or similarHigh standards, a strong eye for detail, and a strong sense of ownership.Nice to haves:
