Job DescriptionFabletics is looking for a Senior Visual Merchandising Manager.
How do you fit in?You will help create a unique, impactful shopping experience for the Fabletics retail stores and understand the importance of a strong branded environment to support business objectives. This role manages all strategies & initiatives for the retail stores from seasonal floor sets, collateral/marketing, and internal markets while remaining within all budgets and driving incremental sales volume.
This role will report to Senior Director of Retail Visual Merchandising & Marketing.
What you will do:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including planning, allocation, buying, and creative departments, to conceptualize, organize, and oversee mock store setups for all seasonal floor plans within the retail channel.
Develop and manage SKU targets, capacity plans, and fixture formulas in partnership with planning, allocation, and buying teams to optimize store performance.
Oversee the creation and distribution of visual merchandising communications from the corporate office to retail locations.
Maintain and update visual merchandising resources for store teams, ensuring consistent execution across all locations.
Partner with design and merchandising teams to strategize for upcoming product launches, ensuring seamless execution in stores and mock setups.
Actively participate in business meetings to monitor performance, analyze key metrics, and ensure the channel consistently meets or exceeds financial goals.
Continuously innovate in-store merchandising solutions, driving creativity and out-of-the-box thinking to enhance customer engagement.
What you can bring:
5-10 years experience in visual merchandising.
Strong strategic planning and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to shifting deadlines.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and an entrepreneurial mindset.
Proven leadership ability, with experience effectively communicating across all levels of an organization, including corporate and field leadership.
Expertise in influencing decisions, analyzing problems, and making sound judgments.
Proficient in Microsoft 365, Adobe Creative Suite, Mac iOS, and Miro.

Varied for retail and fulfillment roles
The annual base salary range for this position is from $105,000-$110,000. The range provided includes the base salary that Fabletics expects to pay for the role. Offered base salary will be dependent on factors including the scope and complexity of the role, candidate’s related work experience, subject matter expertise and work location.
