Executive Strategy Associate.
How Do You Fit In?
We are looking for a motivated and execution-oriented individual to support strategic operational initiatives for the JustFab business and its strategic investor, Miracle Miles.
This unique opportunity will report into the EVP of Strategy and will work with teams in both Los Angeles and Asia.
What you will do:Excel in a high impact role that works directly with senior leadership on key operations and business initiativesOperationalize leadership team priorities by driving definition, analysis, project management, and execution of ad-hoc strategic initiativesProvide analytical and deck-building support for our strategic storytelling, including but not limited to company-wide communications, speaker presentations, investor and Board of Directors materials, offsite sessionsIdeate and innovate on existing processes to improve efficiency and promote organizational health and alignmentOwn and run regular meetings and strategic offsites for executive leadershipWork cross-functionally to remove roadblocks and develop creative solutions to ensure project successMonitor and summarize industry updates to keep us at the leading edge of the marketWhat you can bring:
1 to 3 years prior experience as a management consultant, strategy manager, or analystTop-tier Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel skillsHighly organized and accountable with strong attention to detailStrong verbal and visual communication skillset; ability to convey ideas with audience in mindStrong analytical skillset; ability to define and derive answers from dataExecution-focused mindset with ability to drive ideas from concept to completionAdaptable to rapidly shifting priorities, with proven ability to maintain grace under pressure and balance multiple simultaneous projectsStrong intellectual curiosity with entrepreneurial spirit and willingness to challenge the status quoContinuous drive for improvement; appetite and eagerness to pick up new skills and responsibilitiesWilling to roll-up sleeves and do whatever it takes to get to the best answer and win as a teamProfessional and approachable style with high degree of personal integrity and discretionStrong interpersonal skills; approachable with ability to build trust and influence othersNice to Have:
Pre-MBA (preferred); open to Post-MBA.Strong understanding of corporate finance, debt and/or investmentsMandarin speaker (preferred)

The annual base salary range for this position is from
$125,000-$140,000 . The range provided includes the base salary that JustFab expects to pay for the role. Offered base salary will be dependent on factors including the scope and complexity of the role, candidate's related work experience, subject matter expertise and work location.
