As a

Senior

Inventory Accountant,

you will handle a variety of Inventory & General Ledger responsibilities as well as the responsibility of providing organizational leaders with accurate, timely financial information for decision-making. This is a perfect opportunity for a candidate who would define themselves as a self-starter who thrives in fast-paced, dynamic accounting environments.

The position will report to the

Director of Inventory Control.

What you will do:

(may include but is not limited to the following)

Daily balancing and analysis of all system interfaces, including problem resolution and a pro-active approach to preparing all related activities in advance of the monthly close

Investigation and reconciliation of inventory variances

Prepare monthly inventory and related reconciliations

Create and maintain spreadsheets to report and analyze data related to Inventory and COGS

Build and maintain partnerships with key counterparts in our Fulfillment Centers to improve knowledge of inventory impact to their processing, assist in error resolution and documentation of improved controls, and help guide the team to effective cycle counting compliance and reporting

Timely completion of monthly close tasks (journal entries and analytics)

Building and maintaining effective relationships with related business partners (supply chain, IT systems, FP&A)

Ad hoc reporting and analysis as needed

What you can bring:

Works cooperatively and collaboratively with business partners of all levels

Ability to effectively multitask, problem solve & prioritize

Advanced skill level in Excel

Understanding of inventory related best practices

A detailed, methodical and organized approach to tasks

Sound communication and interpersonal skills with a customer service focus

Excellent numeric skills with a sound logical approach to analytics

Nice to have:

4+ years inventory accounting/finance experience required

Bachelor's or higher degree in Accounting / Finance or equivalent required

A working knowledge of inventory cost flows and the related impact on financial statements highly desired

Experience with Oracle ERP system a plus

Proficiency with Microsoft Office

Retail and/or Fashion industry experience highly desired

Experience with landed cost & CMT (cut, make, trim) desired

CPA or Big4 experience a plus

The annual base salary range for this position is from

$75,600-$107,000 . The range provided includes the base salary that Fabletics expects to pay for the role. Offered base salary will be dependent on factors including the scope and complexity of the role, candidate's related work experience, subject matter expertise and work location.
