Position Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic, proactive team player who can continually act as a steward for our company and the Timberline brand to promote our company which includes, but is not limited to:
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
New Business:
Collaborate with teammates and support the firm's Business Development efforts
Assist with the coordination and creation of proposal and qualification submissions
Prepare packages or presentations for meetings and interviews
Coordinate and attend interview prep sessions
Assist in managing the CRM database updates
Internal & External Communications:
Assist in managing and executing the social media program by developing engaging, video-forward content and ideas for project, event, and personnel announcements
Assist in managing website updates
Design advertisements and materials including banners, promo items, brochures, ads, signage, etc.
Design & manage the print process for construction project signage
Manage the monthly internal photo contest, communications board, and slideshow in client facing area
Assist with Internal Communication development and execution of announcements & newsletters
Marketing Collateral Development & Management:
Assist in marketing drive folder & file organization updates
Create & manage updates for employee resumes using the marketing template
Create & manage updates for project sheets
Manage brochure & collateral updates noting important milestones
Manage & order inventory of promotional items and printed stock materials
Assist in the development and design of templates for social media, proposals, and presentations
Act as a liaison for the marketing department between vendors, printers, and media contacts to coordinate production, cost, turn-around time, and delivery
Events:
Coordinate and/or participate in promotional activities, organizations and/or trade shows
Draft design materials to be displayed at trade shows or events
Coordinate events, both internal and external, including researching vendors, venue coordination, invitation distribution, and tracking attendance
Conduct e-surveys when recommended
Photography & Project Promotion:
Help to manage photography calendar and booking sessions
Organize, edit and size final photos for external use
Visit sites to document and communicate about project progress
Minimum/Preferred Qualifications:
Attention to detail and proof-reading skills a must
Ability to manage multiple concurrent tasks and assignments
Social media knowledge & video content creation capabilities
Graphic design skills
Creative, conceptual thinker
Strong written, verbal communication, and presentations skills
HTML, WordPress and/or Content Management system experience a plus.
(CRM) Marketing Database Experience is a plus.
Organizational involvement is a plus.
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing/Management, Communications, or Public Relations related degrees preferred.
1-2 years of experience, in Marketing for an architectural, engineering, construction, or commercial real estate firm preferred
Advanced Microsoft Office Suite, advanced proficiency in Adobe Professional and InDesign, Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.
