Our US Education Sales team is seeking a dynamic Enablement Manager to join the Strategy, Demand Generation and Enablement Team supporting Higher Education in the United States. This role will grow Apple’s higher education business by partnering with our Apple channel teams and channel partners. Our primary goal is to equip Apple’s channel sellers with the strategies, knowledge, skills, and tools to be trusted advisors for their customers. We develop strategies that enable businesses to transform the way people work. To realize this goal, we build relationships, develop partner capabilities aligned with our strategy and ensure execution. The objective is to drive demand for Apple solutions by developing enablement resources and programs. The execution plan will be designed around a one-to-many set of activities aimed at building pipeline and acquiring new customers. This role requires up to 25% domestic travel.

Description

In this role, you will:Lead our work with channel resellers and carriers in Higher Education to drive growth of Apple products and solutions.Develop assets and engaging trainings that align with our Sales team’s strategies to deliver on sales targets.Keep up-to-date with each channel partner’s strategy and optimize Apple’s presence in all go-to-market executions.Design, develop, and maintain training and enablement content and partner with key collaborators to lead all aspects of and implement strategies as needed.Create and implement a lead generation plan with channel partners and cross-functional teammates.Develop strong relationships with leadership at channel resellers/carriers, carriers, Apple’s channel/carrier team, and Apple’s education team to drive focus on the opportunity in US Higher Education.Foster relationships between sales teams and their channel and carrier counterparts to optimize account and territory planning.Participate in field events, workshops, customer meetings, and executive briefings as needed.

Typically requires a minimum of 8+ years of related experience.3+ years of experience working directly for a channel reseller or in a channel enablement role.Proven experience developing content, events, workshops and campaigns to promote programs, initiatives, and resources.Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.

Preferred Qualifications

Background in strategic planning and execution to drive sales growth is highly preferred.Outstanding communication and presentation skills, including fantastic storytelling skills.Excellent collaboration and relationship building skills, including the ability to influence cross-functionally, navigate organizational structures, and manage complex relationships.Experience with sales and business development and demonstrated business acumen.Comfort with ambiguity and the ability to bring structure and clarity where none exists.Exceptional decision-making abilities, tenacity, conviction, drive for excellence, and attention to detail.Ability to manage multiple work-streams, timelines, and deliverables.Master’s degree is a plus.

Pay & Benefits

At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $133,900 and $201,300, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.Apple employees also have the opportunity to become an Apple shareholder through participation in Apple’s discretionary employee stock programs.
