Join Apple, and help us leave the world better than we found it.Our US Education Sales team is responsible for the care, development, and growth of Apple’s existing K-12 and Higher Education accounts, as well as driving increased market share through the acquisition of new customers. As a US Education Communications Lead, you will collaborate closely with sales and marketing teams to craft content and manage a library of content that aligns with and amplifies our sales strategies, as well as shape and deliver the internal communications strategy for field and executive communications. Your work will transform complex tech concepts into clear, compelling stories across various formats, while continually analyzing and refining your approach based on performance. This position is a blend of creative storytelling and a deep understanding of the value of technology in education.DescriptionIn this role, you will:- Be responsible for raising the creative bar while upholding the integrity of the Apple brand- Identify and develop strategies and communication plans for internal and customer-facing communications- Create impactful content that supports and enhances sales enablement, customer engagement materials, field communications, and executive presentations- Synthesize learnings and insights into optimized communications and compelling presentations for sales and marketing purposes- Produce high-quality video and audio content for product demonstrations, testimonials, and educational purposes- Collaborate extensively across many teams to contribute ideas to talk tracks and slide narratives- Ensure communication deliverables are aligned with overall business goals- Analyze feedback and explore new ways to tell the stories that matterMinimum Qualifications8+ years of experience creating multimedia content, including video, audio, text, and animationsProficiency in Apple Keynote, Final Cut Pro; Adobe After Effects is highly preferredExcellent storytelling and writing skills to develop engaging and informative contentPreferred Qualifications
Ability to simplify complex concepts and technical information for a diverse audienceExperience in brand communications – from strategy to execution to analysis of resultsStrong project management skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneouslyExcellent interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with team members and partners across the organizationExperience in the technology sector, sales, or education industryBachelor’s degree or equivalent experienceCertification in graphic design or animation is a plusAt Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $143,900 and $216,900, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
Apple employees also have the opportunity to become an Apple shareholder through participation in Apple’s discretionary employee stock programs. Apple employees are eligible for discretionary restricted stock unit awards, and can purchase Apple stock at a discount if voluntarily participating in Apple’s Employee Stock Purchase Plan.
