Build and maintain strong relationships with various partners including food pantries and meal programs.Deliver high level customer support, assisting partners with food orders, and resolving complex issues efficiently.Manage key administrative tasks, such as order processing, data entry, and inventory management, ensuring smooth and efficient operations.Work closely with various departments to develop and implement solutions that address the unique needs of the communities we serve.Research best practices and contribute ideas to enhance our processes and better serve our communities.Manage specific distribution and fulfillment initiatives, such as Direct Delivery and LFPA, ensuring smooth and efficient operations.Minimum Requirements:
High School Diploma or equivalent and 2-4 years of experience in customer service and fulfillment operations.Demonstrated leadership or senior experience in a customer service role.Strong technical skills, especially in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Teams, and O365.Ability to attend to multiple tasks with care, clarity, and accuracy.Excellent communication skills and a positive, can-do attitude.Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license for travel to agency sites.Opportunity for Impact:
