As a Network Relations Representative, you will play a critical part in supporting daily operations, managing administrative tasks, and collaborating with various departments to ensure effective distribution and service to our community partners.End date:

Programs / Agency Relations / ClientsJob responsibilities:Maintain strong relationships with various partner programs, including food pantries and meal programs, providing them with essential support and resources.Assist partners with food orders, respond to inquiries, and help troubleshoot issues to ensure smooth service.Work closely with various departments to facilitate efficient distribution and fulfillment while contributing ideas to enhance our processes and better serve our communities.Manage daily administrative tasks like order processing, data entry, and inventory management, ensuring accuracy and smooth workflow.Assist in identifying areas for operational efficiency and help implement solutions.Minimum requirements:High school diploma or equivalent and 1-2 years of experience in customer service and fulfillment operations.Strong organizational and technical skills, particularly in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Teams, and O365.Excellent communication skills in writing and over the phone, and a positive, problem-solving attitude.High degree of self-motivation and the ability to work well in a team and learn new concepts.Detail-oriented and process-driven.Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license for travel to partner sites.Opportunity for impact:
