We are seeking to hire a Sales Director in Laytonsville, Maryland!This role is responsible for executing the sales process from business development to nurturing leads and closing the sale in order to maximize club revenue through new business and customer acquisition.Primary Responsibilities include the following:Responsible for the development and execution of prospecting and marketing plans for all product lines sold by the clubSchedule sales calls and business development activities to grow the pipeline with qualified leads and executes sales strategies through timely follow up and activities that produce high closing ratesConduct tours of the club to qualified potential clients, coordinating with other departments to create customized experiences that increase salesEstablish client base of organizations, associations, social and corporate businesses through direct outside and inside sales effortsRepresent the club at trade shows, open houses and other public forumsManage prospect database and pipeline including detailed notes and organization utilizing CRM systemDrive lead generation through cold-calling and outside business developmentMaintain communication with club and sales support team through weekly forecasting, business reviews and sales reporting as necessaryManages, coaches, and develops sales manager/s and responsible for the team’s overall performance and daily sales activitiesAligns sales teams scheduling in the club with market demand of product lines.
