The opportunity
The position plays a crucial role in analyzing digital data and supporting Teva’s Innovative Medicines in US Commercial organization. The Sr Mgr Digital Analytics synthesizes data from multiple digital channels, analyze and interpret data to create actionable insights, and optimize digital marketing performance. The candidate will work closely with internal stakeholders and vendors.
How you’ll spend your day
Consolidate digital data sets from various sources (Display, paid search, email, website, etc.) across customer groups (HCPs, patients, etc.)
Ensure data integrity, accuracy and consistency
Analyze and interpret complex data sets and derive data driven insights
Summarize key metrics for presentation and dashboard
Communicate key findings to business partners and drive optimization of digital strategy
Provide critical inputs into business planning and resource optimization
Your experience and qualifications
Master’s Degree in a highly technical/quantitative discipline (Statistics, Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Economics, Finance, etc)
3 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing analytics
Experience with web analytics platforms (Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, etc.)
Preferred Experience:
Experience in life sciences and commercial analytics
Extensive experience with digital media agencies
Experience with cloud services: Azure, AWS
Experience with large scale database applications (Oracle, SAP, SQL)
Experience in automating analysis and authoring pipelines based on ETL framework
Deep understanding of digital marketing landscape
Highly skilled in Python for data analysis and modeling (NumPy, pandas, Scikit-learn, TensorFlow etc.)
Strong SQL skills for data manipulation, aggregation, and optimization
Proven ability in bringing structure to ambiguous problems and deriving insights from multiple data and information sources
Proven ability to communicate complex ideas, insights, and analytical proficiency into meaningful conclusions to internal and external stakeholders
Strong data curiosity, analytical skills and problem-solving abilities
Excellent written and verbal communication skills ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Understanding of the brand and generic pharmaceutical landscape and the commercial data and analytic needs
Strong inter-personal skills and team player
Ability to quickly adapt to changing priorities and generate innovative solutions in a fast-paced and multi-tasks environment
Proven ability to successfully lead complex cross-functional projects
