America's Test Kitchen is seeking an experienced Supervising Producer to lead the production of social and marketing videos. This role involves overseeing video shoots, managing schedules and resources, and supervising a team of producers and editors. The Supervising Producer will report to the Executive Producer of Video.RESPONSIBILITIESLead, mentor, and manage a team of video producers, editors, and crew members.Drive the creative vision for social and marketing videos, ensuring compelling storytelling, engaging content, and creative themes that align with the brand’s voice.Oversee team schedules to ensure timely delivery of video content.Collaborate with social and editorial teams to meet monthly video content quotas.Work closely with the marketing team to develop processes and systems that ensure high-quality production across a large volume of video assets.Lead the charge in brainstorming and developing innovative video concepts that capture audience attention and resonate with viewers.Partner with stakeholders from marketing, video, editorial, and other departments to support various products and initiatives through video.Supervise production and post-production workflows, implementing team-wide best practices.Oversee the final quality control (QC) and delivery of content, ensuring consistency, brand alignment, and high standards.Provide feedback and support to staff editors and freelancers, overseeing edits and guiding them toward creative excellence.Develop and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and output.Direct and edit videos as needed.Stay up-to-date with industry best practices in social media and video marketing.SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE8+ years of experience in producing social and marketing videos.Proven track record of managing and mentoring a video team, including overseeing production and post-production processes.Experience in directing, producing, or editing.Strong communication skills, with the ability to give and receive constructive feedback in a small team environment.Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting strict deadlines.Collaborative, team-oriented mindset and ability to work independently when required.Experience in culinary video production is required; a passion for cooking is a plus.To apply, submit your resume and cover letter.This position is located in our Boston, MA office in the Seaport district.
