ADP is hiring a Senior Director of IT StrategyWe are hiring for our Global Enterprise Technology Solutions (GETS) Strategy & Operations Team. This role will partner closely with ADP executives to assess our technology and services offerings, helping to shape a comprehensive strategy for ADP’s IT portfolio. You will also monitor emerging IT trends, market shifts, and partner feedback to identify new opportunities and challenges for GETS.WHAT YOU'LL DO:Here is what you can expect on a typical day:Strategic Planning:
Help lead, create, and communicate a clear IT strategy for the GETS organization, working closely with partners in ADP business units and technology teams to ensure GETS future growth and success. This may include identifying and prioritizing initiatives, measuring progress rigorously, and aligning long-term goals with a clear vision.Decision Making:
Manage our services and technology portfolio, work with internal teams to surface the right metrics/KPIs to assess business value impact, and financial performance. Responsible for monitoring the progress of identified GETS strategic initiatives, including reporting on results and adjusting the strategy as needed. The ideal candidate will exhibit strong analytical and strategic thinking.Must be able to clearly and effectively communicate the GETS strategy to senior leadership, associates, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment across functions and business units. Help shape the storyline and create materials for product executives’ internal and external appearances, such as Board of Directors meetings and client events.Partner with product leaders to identify new product strategies and initiatives, as well as continually shape existing ones based on market, buyer, and client signals. This role requires a deep understanding of IT, including key trends, competitors, and client needs.Create strong alliances with diverse stakeholders and ensure everyone is aligned and communicates appropriately.
