Job Summary:We are seeking a skilled Senior Website and App Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and updating websites and mobile applications for various divisions within our organization, including our clinic, construction company, ranch, and IT consulting division. This role requires a blend of creativity, technical expertise, and a strong understanding of user experience to support our diverse and evolving business needs.Duties and Responsibilities:Develop and maintain websites for multiple divisions, ensuring functionality, user experience, and performance.Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into effective, user-friendly websites and applications.Design, develop, and deploy mobile applications as part of our wellness programs and other initiatives.Regularly update website content, troubleshoot issues, and perform regular maintenance.Ensure websites are optimized for speed, performance, and SEO.Implement and manage security measures to protect websites and applications from vulnerabilities.Provide technical support and training to staff as needed.Stay current with industry trends, technologies, and best practices to continuously improve our web and app presence.Work closely with marketing and other departments to ensure websites and applications align with business goals and branding.Education, Certifications, and Licenses:Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (preferred).Certifications in web development, app development, or related technologies (e.g., Certified Web Developer, Mobile App Developer Certification) are a plus.Experience:Minimum of 5 years of experience in website development and maintenance.Experience in mobile app development for both iOS and Android platforms.Proven track record of successfully managing and delivering web and app projects.Required Skills/Abilities:Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and other web development languages.Experience with web development frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, Vue.js).Knowledge of server-side languages such as PHP, Ruby, Python, or Node.js.Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) like WordPress, Joomla, or Drupal.Experience with mobile app development frameworks (e.g., Flutter, React Native, Swift, Kotlin).Strong understanding of responsive design principles and cross-browser compatibility.Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Strong communication and collaboration skills.Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.Preferred Skills/Abilities:Experience with graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite).Knowledge of database management systems (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL).Understanding of cloud services and web hosting environments.Familiarity with version control systems like Git.Benefits:Health Insurance: Employer-sponsored health insurance, including a low-deductible health plan through Cigna, Vision, and Dental.Additional Insurance: Employer monthly allotment for Disability, Life insurances, Cancer coverage, Accident policies, and more through a supplemental company.Retirement: Highly matched 401(k).PTO & leave: Generous PTO and sick leave with accrual and carry-over opportunities.Continuing or Additional Education: HH&WC will assist in the professional development of all employees with HR approval.The Clinic is an equal opportunity employer.
