The Impact You’ll Be Contributing to Moloco:
Moloco is looking for an exceptional Payroll Analyst to join our highly valued finance team! As the Payroll Analyst, you will be responsible for US payroll operations and ensure that payroll is processed timely, accurately, and in compliance with federal, state, and local regulations. In this role, you will further partner closely with various stakeholders to streamline and improve processes in order to support the company’s rapid growth in the US.
The Opportunity:
Process bi-weekly payrolls for US employees using ADP Workforce Now
Manage the full payroll cycle, including data input, processing, auditing, and reporting
Ensure accurate calculation of wages, salaries, bonuses, commissions, and deductions
Verify and input time and attendance data from Workday HRIS into ADP WFN
Reconcile payroll discrepancies and resolve payroll-related issues promptly
Prepare and submit payroll tax filings and payments to federal and state agencies
Process all month end close journal entries associated with US Payroll including Payroll accrual, Payroll JE and other entries.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of payroll tax laws and regulations
Assist with year-end processes, including W-2 preparation and distribution
Collaborate with People Technology and People Operations teams to ensure data integrity between Workday and ADP systems
Respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll matters
Participate in payroll system upgrades and enhancements as needed
How Do I Know if the Role is Right For Me?
3+ years of relevant payroll experience with a global workforce
Comprehensive understanding of payroll best practices as well as Federal, State and Local regulations
Strong proficiency of ADP Workforce Now, Workday, and Excel
Ability to work in a hyper growth environment
