We have partnered with our client in their search for a Manager of Education.
Responsibilities
Design and develop education programs from inception to completion, meeting objectives and timelines, and track and communicate progress to internal and external stakeholders.
Track detailed work plans and timelines to successfully develop and implement educational programs from end-to-end. Monitoring routinely to ensure that education team responsibilities and tasks adhere to established deadlines, milestones, scope, and organizational policies.
Communicate with members, customers, and internal team members about education products, including education projects, product information, internal and/or external training and demonstrations.
Develop and maintain relationships with appropriate committees, staff, subject matter experts, external vendors, consultants, volunteers, and partners to support the development of education content programs.
Participate in QA efforts to ensure education programs are functioning as expected and delivered error-free.
Analyze product data: using evaluation, quantitative, qualitative, and analytical skills to create/generate reports.
Identify issues and communicate with the appropriate team member to seek a resolution.
Provide key input on all education marketing-related materials including candidate bulletins, emails, FAQs, websites, and brochures.
Ensure education process documentation is kept current and accurate.
Other duties as assigned.
Skills Required
Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize and execute multiple, simultaneous, complex priorities, while multi-tasking to meet individual and department-related deadlines.
Strong technical skills and working knowledge of the design, development, and delivery of eLearning instructional methodologies.
Experience administrating and creating visually appealing content in an LMS.
Comprehensive, demonstrated use of authoring tools.
Ability to work collaboratively to ensure courses are developed.
Work independently with adequate instructions and training and have a track record of reliability/dependability and experience prioritizing multiple projects.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with diverse personalities.
Education & Work Experience
Bachelor’s degree (B.A. or B.S. or equivalent) from a four-year college.
2 or more years of work experience designing and implementing professional education products along with strong writing and editing skills.
