POSITION OVERVIEWThe Vice President, Human Resources will serve as the strategic HR Leader and voice for all entities of OU Health. This unique organizational lens will be accountable for supporting the ongoing development and execution of our HR Roadmap. This role is the key liaison to “broker” the HR service delivery model that ensures appropriate support of human resource services and solutions are provided in areas such as talent management, total rewards, talent acquisition, engagement, learning, employee health and safety, employee relations, organizational design/effectiveness and workforce development. The incumbent is also accountable to ensure oversight and governance of HR processes, systems, and policies.VISIONOU Health is on a journey to achieve People and Culture Excellence by 2028. As the leading strategic HR Business Partner for all system divisions, they will lead and deploy human resources initiatives and processes that cover our entire talent life cycle.This position reports directly to the Chief Human Resources Officer and provides guidance/support to the Executive Leadership Team to achieve OU Health 5 Strategic Domains and ensure top decile operational performance. The position directs the HR Business Partners team and formulates partnerships across the HR team and Centers of Excellence (CoE) to deliver value-added service to leadership and employees that reflect the strategic business objectives of OU Health.ABOUT OU HEALTHOU Health serves as the state's only comprehensive academic health system, and the only Level I Trauma Center in Oklahoma.
