You will work closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements, design scalable and efficient Salesforce architectures, and lead implementation of complex Salesforce projects.Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:Coordinate with business stakeholders to identify business requirements and translate them into scalable Salesforce solutionsCollaborate with colleagues and customers to create prototypes and proofs of concept as a means of eliciting and defining requirementsUnderstand and articulate when and how to use declarative vs. developer tools and solutionsSupport the technical implementation of Salesforce solutions, ensuring high-quality delivery, adherence to timelines, and alignment with architectural standardsDesigning solutions that account for large data volumes and data privacy needsReviewing and recommending the best solution for the requirements and articulating trade-offsContribute to the successful delivery and quality of technology solutions by driving discussions and resolving roadblocksFormulate and maintain Salesforce solution documentation. (e.g., process flows, data models, and technical specifications)Provide direction to development teams regarding data modeling, sharing and security, and automationParticipate in grooming and refinement of the Salesforce product backlog in liaison with stakeholders on the projectProvide guidance on user story writing style, ensuring success and acceptance criteria are defined for each storyDescribe and illustrate designs with appropriate justificationsQualifications and Competencies:Required Experience

At least 5 years’ experience in a leading role in solutioning and delivering Salesforce projects using Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience CloudExcellent knowledge of Scrum, Agile, SAFe, DevOps, and technology such as Jira and ConfluenceExperience with large data integration and migration activities within Salesforce projectsDemonstrated hands-on experience providing design and direction on initial Salesforce cloud implementation(s)

Education –

requirements and/or certifications

Bachelor’s degree or professional qualification in Information Technology, Business, Computer Science, or a similar field of study

Salesforce Certifications:

Platform App BuilderPlatform Dev IAdministrator

Skills required:

Demonstrated ability with implementation and integration of Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, system integrations (Boomi, MuleSoft, etc.), and advanced reporting and analytics (CRMA, Tableau, etc.)Excellent interpersonal and organizational abilities, as well as the ability to communicate successfully with both technical and non-technical customers.Ability to self-start and effectively operate within a complex, dynamic environmentExcellent collaboration skillsExcellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlinesStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsAbility to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriateAbility to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment.Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
