Chicago, ILThis role will be performed onsite in the Chicago office.Adventurous Journeys Capital Partners (“AJCP”) is seeking an Investor Relations Analyst to assisting with the investor relations function, which broadly encompasses investor operations and servicing, investor reporting, and fundraising for new investment vehicles and platforms. As well as support its rapid growth across various investment platforms focused on the hospitality, mixed-use, and single-family rental sectors.ABOUT AJCPAJCP is a vertically integrated real estate investment manager anchored by the core principles of hospitality, placemaking, and residentially inspired design. www.ajcpt.comABOUT THE ROLEThe Investor Relations Analyst will be responsible for supporting the firms’ investor relations function with a focus on AJ’s growth strategies. The Investor Relations team is focused on building enduring value by effectively communicating AJCP’s strategy, investment attributes, financial performance, and addressing investors’ needs. The Investor Relations Analyst is a key contributor throughout the entire investor lifecycle by supporting fundraising initiatives, investor onboarding, and servicing of existing investors. The Investor Relations Analyst will liaise with internal staff, external service providers and counterparties, and investors in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment, while being flexible, proactive, resourceful, efficient, and conducting oneself with utmost professionalism and confidentiality.WHAT YOU WILL DOSupport the creation and coordination of investor marketing materials including, but not limited to investor presentations, teasers, webinars, due diligence questionnaires, data room administration, and high-volume email communication.Support key investor-focused initiatives including, but not limited to, the preparation of capital calls, distributions, investor contact updates, and investor transfer/assignment requests.Coordinate with various teams, including Investments, Accounting, Tax, and Legal teams, as well as external third parties, to support all investor-related needs.Manage and track the onboarding of investors and fund investments, including the coordination of subscription documents between third-party legal and fund administrator teams.Support senior members of the Investor Relations team in all aspects of fundraising initiatives, including the construction and maintenance of current and prospective investors.Support the financial reporting process, including the preparation of quarterly and annual investor deliverables, tax filings, and investor-specific communications.Maintain investor-related and legal entity databases.Assist with various administrative components of the Investor Relations group.Perform and assist with various ad hoc requests and other duties as assigned.WHO YOU AREAJCP is seeking a highly-motivated individual who enjoys working in a fast-paced, but disciplined, entrepreneurial environment.
