Adventurous Journeys Capital Partners (“AJCP”) is seeking a Treasury and Financial Planning & Analysis (“FP&A”) Associate to support the firm’s growth by driving the cash and liquidity management and financial reporting, planning, and analysis function in partnership with the Accounting and Finance teams. ABOUT THE ROLE The Treasury and FP&A Associate will spearhead enhancements and streamlining to AJCP’s cash management, financial planning, forecasting, and analysis to drive executive-level decision making and support AJCP’s growth. This role will assist in the oversight of AJCP’s cash and liquidity position, cash flow forecasting, financial reporting and analysis, working capital management, and other special projects and analyses as assigned. WHAT YOU WILL DO Monitor and assist in the management and optimization of AJCP's cash and liquidity position across all corporate entities. Prepare cash forecasts, budget and forecast reconciliations and analysis of variances, KPI dashboards, and management flash reports. Assist in the preparation of divisional and business unit P&L to evaluate investment opportunities, construct business cases, and facilitate decision-making to drive growth and profitability. Collaborate with the Accounting and Finance teams to provide financial and business expertise to facilitate the timely generation, synthesis, and distribution of accurate financial reports for management and lenders. Prepare and analyze overhead and fund allocations, including between business units, departments, fund platforms, and individual funds. Analyze overhead costs for business units and funds, including regular vendor review. Help identify and implement new processes, standardized best practices, technologies, tools, and internal controls to help AJCP scale efficiently and mitigate risks. Perform any additional responsibilities that may be required to support AJCP's growth and scaling. A technology-forward approach to problem solving and execution of growth initiatives. YOUR QUALIFICATIONS Required 3+ years of progressive finance and accounting experience. Bachelors' degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or similar field. Preferred Experience in financial planning, reporting and analysis function. Experience in treasury management function. Experience at real estate investment management firm, private equity firm, or investment bank. An advanced degree, such as a Masters of Business Administration / MBA or Masters of Accountancy / MAC.
