Note : This position requires employees to be on-site 3 days a week at the Philadelphia office. Additional WFH days may be earned over time. Note : Must have relevant defense litigation experience. About our client: Our client is a national defense litigation law firm headquartered in Philadelphia, with offices in Media, PA, and Cherry Hill, NJ. They have decades of experience handling a variety of practice areas, including Insurance Coverage, Construction Defects, and Governmental Liability. Their attorneys offer extensive trial experience and pride themselves on delivering exceptional service and cost-efficient solutions for their clients. Job Description: Represent clients in insurance coverage matters, primarily on the defense side Prepare pleadings, briefs, and motions Handle all aspects of litigation, including discovery, depositions, and witness preparation Provide courtroom representation, managing trials and hearings Collaborate with senior attorneys for guidance and case strategy Qualifications:
7-10 years of experience in insurance coverage litigation Strong litigation skills with recent experience Defense-side focus is required Admitted to practice in Pennsylvania (additional admissions a plus) Why is This a Great Opportunity:
