The Digital Marketing & Growth Director plays a key role in the continuous top-line growth of Auxis. As a fast-growing consulting and nearshore outsourcing firm, Auxis has been heavily investing in its digital and inbound marketing program for several years, achieving great results in terms of lead generation, pipeline development and new client wins for the company.In this next stage of the company’s expansion, Auxis is looking for a strong Digital Marketing Director that can manage and improve the performance across all digital channels as the organization grows in complexity, size and expected outcomes.The key digital channels that the Director will be managing include:Organic/SEO programPaid Search & RemarketingPaid SocialOrganic Social, with LinkedIn as the main focusWebsite OperationsCRMEmail MarketingBacklinking & Referral ProgramEvaluating and proposing new digital channels or partnershipsThe core market focus for Auxis is the

Reporting to the VP of Marketing & Growth, the Digital Marketing Director will be responsible for brand awareness and lead generation across all three main service lines at Auxis, including:Business Transformation & Outsourcing
Finance & AccountingHuman ResourcesCustomer ServiceOther Industry-Specific Solutions (RCM for Healthcare, etc.)

Responsibilities:
Successfully define and execute the digital marketing strategy for the organization to consistently achieve marketing’s expected annual contribution to
New ACV
(Annual Contract Value) and
Client Wins .Lead and manage the marketing team, including a combination of in-house resources (~5 FTEs) as well as a Digital Marketing agency with nearshore teams in Latin America (~20 FTEs). This agency has been working with Auxis for over 7 years and works as an extension of the Auxis in-house team.Measure, monitor, report and improve performance across digital channels, providing a clear understanding of cost per lead and ROI per channel.Serve as the link between marketing and sales to ensure proper alignment of lead flow and quality.Become an expert on Auxis services and value proposition and provide thought leadership and perspective for content creation by working closely with the content and SEO team to develop the right collateral required for digital marketing campaigns and increase organic traffic.Manage the budget and performance of the digital marketing agency and other vendor partners (e.g. Hubspot, Data Base tools, etc.), including contract negotiation and vendor selection.With the support of your team, you will be responsible for:Planning and executing all digital marketing programs with a focus on Paid, SEO and Email Marketing.Work with the different Service Lines to build out multi-channel, complex campaigns per Practice that are consistent and maintainable throughout the year with clear lead targets for each program.CRM maintenance and optimization in Hubspot.Bring innovative ideas to improve the use of LinkedIn for lead generation purposes.Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights.Research and propose new digital channels and partnerships.Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies.Collaborate with internal teams to create/optimize landing pages and optimize user experience.Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end performance across multiple channels and customer touch points.Instrument conversion points and optimize user funnels.Marketing Email Automation:Create strategic marketing email automation plans within Hubspot and Apollo for inbound nurturing as well as cold outbound.Analyze campaign performance and test results to optimize and segment.Skills and Experience:
Must-Haves:BS/MS degree in marketing, business administration or related field.10+ years of experience in
B2B digital marketing
for a similar services or software company targeting CFOs, CIOs and high-level executives in Finance and IT. Possible backgrounds include consulting and research firms, outsourcing firms, recruiting and staffing firms, accounting firms, B2B software companies.Proven track record helping companies build successful inbound, outbound and growth programs with measurable revenue targets.Knowledgeable of
ABM trends
and how to effectively implement an ABM approach by focusing on penetrating specific company target accounts vs “Spray and pray.”Demonstrable experience leading and managing multi-cultural, distributed marketing teams, including in-house and agency resources.Strong technical understanding of
Google Analytics, Google Search Console, PowerBI reports, Email Marketing Tools, Paid Ads (Google, Bing, Remarketing, LinkedIn), Semrush, LinkedIn, ZoomInfo
(or a similar tool).Good understanding of
Intent data and Intent Programs .Experience in managing and optimizing Paid and SEO programs.Curiosity and desire to learn new, complex services and industries.Ability to deal with multiple stakeholders in different departments with competing priorities.Team player with a professional assertiveness, who’s also open-minded and humble.Ability to handle multiple tasks in a deadline driven environment.Excellent organizational, project and time management skills with a natural drive for process improvement.Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.Exceptional attention to detail and communication skills.Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing.High-level of proficiency in Microsoft Excel / PowerPoint / Word.High level of integrity, autonomy, proactiveness, and self-motivation.Nice-to-Haves:Prior experience with an Auxis direct competitor for any of our 3 main service lines.Prior experience selling the Nearshore value vs Offshore.Spanish Proficiency.Based in South Florida.Experience with Hubspot as CRM and marketing tool.About Auxis:
