What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):Research and resolve high-level inquiries or system errors for bi-weekly payroll processing in Oracle Cloud HCMInterpret, test, and implement updates and major upgrades to Oracle Cloud HCMPrepare detailed design and programming specifications for automated payroll programs and interfacesLead projects for process improvement or new initiatives, including interdepartmental year-end project plansUpdate and maintain payroll-related configuration and tables, ensuring proper setup for deductions, taxes, and earnings
What is Required (Qualifications):6 years of experience in a Human Resources, HR Technology, Payroll, or Time & Labor systems role2 years of professional experience with Oracle HCM Cloud – payroll and/or time & labor modulesAt least one year of professional experience working with tax elements and tax calculationsBachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Business, Human Resources, or equivalent experienceAdvanced proficiency in Excel
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):CPP (Certified Payroll Professional) certification is a plusExperience with ADP is a plusStrong project management skillsCustomer-focused mindsetExcellent oral and written communication skills
