The
Finance Director, Payroll (ADP)
will directly manage, and provide strategic, tactical, and operational leadership for the development, and sustainment of systems, processes, and resources for enterprise Payroll operations.RESPONSIBILITIES:Ensuring the accurate and timely delivery of Payroll services, driving best practices and process improvements in the Payroll function.Lead and provide strategic direction to the Payroll team.Develop and direct the preparation of reports summarizing payroll, bonus payments, deductions, withholdings, etc.Direct the audit of payroll summaries, bank balances, labor and wage reports, and payroll operations.Ensure compliance with all applicable government and regulatory laws, regulations, and requirements.Ensure reconciliation and analysis of related balance sheet accounts, inventory accounts, ledgers, and journals.Develop and maintain departmental policies and procedures.Lead company-wide payroll processes to include interfaces between multiple systems, i.e. ADP, Oracle HRIS, etc.Coordinate with other departments such as MIS, Human Resources, Finance, etc.Manage the Company’s relationship with ADP, ensuring service delivery as it relates to compliance, contractual agreements, and service quality to the organization and its employees.Work on special projects as needed.Qualifications
REQUIREMENTS :Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration or other related field.Minimum of 5 years experience in Payroll/Management.Proficiency with MS Office Applications.In-depth knowledge of Payroll practices and procedures, tax laws, and regulations.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
