Ready for a new challenge?Summary of PositionNexon has an exciting new role for an HR Coordinator who will drive and own all tasks related to the employee lifecycle. Reporting to the Manager, HR Operations, this is a great opportunity for an HR professional to gain exposure to all facets of Human Resources, including but not limited to: Payroll, Onboarding, Reporting, Benefits Admin, HRIS Maintenance, and more!We are currently working in the office 2-3x a week in a hybrid work model.Job ResponsibilitiesProcess biweekly payroll for approximately 200-300 employeesOwn employee onboarding, including conducting and continuously improving new hire orientation, and serving as the main point of contact to new hires throughout the onboarding processHandle general first tier questions from employees on existing policies or procedures and escalate to senior team members as necessaryMaintain, prepare, and update all employee information and company documentation in HRISCoordinate and manage monthly employee events for the executive team, ensuring that all logistics, communications, and scheduling details are handled.Draft and distribute employee-facing communications that are clear, engaging, and aligned with company tone and objectives.Generate and provide payroll and HR metrics to Accounting and Global HQAssist in the administration of all benefits programsProvide assistance to the HR & TA TeamOther duties as assignedWork Experience2+ years of HR experience1+ years of Payroll experienceGaming, Entertainment, High Tech industry, a plusFamiliarity with Paycom HRIS, a plusEducation, Professional Training, Technical Training or CertificationBachelor’s degree or equivalent experienceKnowledge/SkillsStrong written and verbal communication skillsExcellent organizational/time management skillsAble to consistently meet deadlinesStrong background in MS OfficeExcellent attention to detailUnderstanding of confidentiality and privacy issuesManagement has the right to add or change duties and job requirements at any time.Nexon’s Benefits and PerksWe offer medical, dental and vision plans for you, your spouse or domestic partner and your children. hourly.Our salary ranges are determined by market data based on position and level. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum salaries for that position. An individual’s pay is determined by factors including, but not limited to, a candidate’s qualifications, skills, experiences, relevant education or training, and location.Base pay is one part of the Total Rewards package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work.
