DescriptionThe Human Resource Director will oversee the development, coordination, and implementation of company policies, procedures, and initiatives that align with ZeOmega’s business plan and strategic direction. They will also significantly contribute to performance management, talent management, compensation, employee relations, benefits, and drive employee engagement. This role will maintain and evaluate the organization’s compliance related to wage & salary administration, immigration, benefit design, and safety.The Human Resource Director will also lead, direct, and mentor the Human Resources team in setting departmental and personal KPI’s, objectives, and budget. He or she will help shape ZeOmega’s culture and overall employer brand strategy. The position will actively partner with the leadership team to drive people strategy and collaborate with employees to foster a culture of ownership, trust, and collaboration.Our company is committed to equal employment opportunity. RequirementsEducation:

Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field required.Experience:Minimum of 10 years of experience in Human Resources, of which at least 3 years should be in HR Director or HR leadership role.Healthcare and IT industry experience preferred.Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment legislation, and regulations.Computer Skills:

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite - Word, Excel, PowerPoint; Paylocity or similar HRIS system.Certification:

PHR, SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP strongly preferred.Other Requirements:Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Strong supervisory and leadership skills.Ability to adapt to the needs of the organization and employees.Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate.Thorough knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations.Proficiency with or the ability to quickly learn the organization’s HRIS and talent management systems.
