Our team is comprised of bright, focused professionals who collaborate at all levels to manage originations and a private debt portfolio across investment grade, high yield and mezzanine investments. What you can expect As a Structured Credit Investment Analyst, you will work on a small deal team responsible for underwriting, portfolio monitoring and marketing, where each member makes an integral contribution to the business, while gaining exposure to private structured credit transactions. You will have direct interaction with senior management and be an important part of our team. What you will bring Completed degree from an accredited bachelor’s program with coursework in finance, accounting, and/or economics Strong analytical, writing, interpersonal and communication skills Interest in investing What will set you apart Work experience in structured finance and asset-backed securitizations Work experience in an analytical or investment-related role Knowledge of debt and equity security terms and valuation methodologies Ability to manage multiple assignments and changing priorities Independent problem-solving skills We know not everyone will meet 100% of the requirements, however we encourage you to apply if you think your skills are a good fit for this role. Salary Range Disclosure Prudential is required by state specific laws to include the salary range for this role when hiring a resident in applicable locations. The salary range for this role is from $160,000 to $225,000. Specific pricing for the role may vary within the above range based on many factors including geographic location, candidate experience, and skills.
