The team are seeking an ambitious and talented Business Litigation Associate with 2-4 years of experience to join their Business Litigation Practice in Los Angeles. This role also offers the opportunity to support our Insurance Litigation Practice.About the Role
- Collaborate with our business litigation team to manage a high-volume caseload. Handle a wide variety of complex commercial litigation tasks, including depositions, pre-trial motion practice, and trial preparation. Provide high-quality support to both our business and insurance litigation teams.ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with our business litigation team to manage a high-volume caseload.Handle a wide variety of complex commercial litigation tasks, including depositions, pre-trial motion practice, and trial preparation.Provide high-quality support to both our business and insurance litigation teams.Qualifications2-4 years of experience in general commercial litigation.Exceptional research and writing skills with strong academic credentials.Excellent oral and written communication skills.Broad litigation experience, including depositions and pre-trial motion practice.Judicial clerkship experience is a plus, but not required.Bar admission in California is required.Benefits
