The team are seeking an ambitious and talented Business Litigation Associate with 2-4 years of experience to join their Business Litigation Practice in Los Angeles. This role also offers the opportunity to support our Insurance Litigation Practice.

About the Role

• Collaborate with our business litigation team to manage a high-volume caseload. Handle a wide variety of complex commercial litigation tasks, including depositions, pre-trial motion practice, and trial preparation. Provide high-quality support to both our business and insurance litigation teams.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience in general commercial litigation.
• Exceptional research and writing skills with strong academic credentials.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Broad litigation experience, including depositions and pre-trial motion practice.
• Judicial clerkship experience is a plus, but not required.
• Bar admission in California is required.
