Corporate CounselSummary:Join our legal team at Knorr-Bremse Rail North America! We’re seeking an experienced Corporate Counsel to play a vital role in supporting KB- Signaling, our exciting new signaling business unit acquisition. You’ll collaborate closely with key stakeholders, manage diverse legal matters, and contribute to our strategic vision. This highly visible position reports to our Senior Corporate Counsel for North America Rail.Key Tasks You’ll Do:Advise and partner with KB Signaling leadership and North America rail business teams.Draft, review, and negotiate a range of contracts, agreements, and compliance processes.Drive dispute resolution, oversee various legal efforts that come into the office, and manage budgets.Support compliance, HR, and regulatory matters, and lead training on best practices.Assist with regional legal initiatives, and other strategic alliances.What You Bring:5-10 years of legal experience required, ideally with multi-national exposure.Demonstrated ability in commercial contract law and negotiation erequired. Experience with manufacturing, rail, or transportation highly desirable.Strong interpersonal and leadership skills, with a practical approach to business-focused solutions.Juris Doctor from an accredited U.S. law school, licensed to practice in the U.S.Why Join Us?
