Riveron is looking for a Manager focused on NetSuite software to join our Technology Enablement practice. This client-facing role will be challenged in three areas; business development and sales, practice development, and project execution and quality assurance on NetSuite software engagements. The Manager will work side-by-side our Strategy team members in leading multiple client projects ranging from software selection, implementations or optimizations, integrations, and technical support. The successful candidate must demonstrate a proven implementation background and the willingness to serve as a leader through business development and sales as well as practice development.Who You Are:
Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Accounting, Finance, or Management Information Systems (MIS)7+ years of implementation or optimization experience and should have prior experience with architecting ERP solutions on NetSuiteLeading or supporting full-cycle NetSuite ImplementationsPrevious experience and ability to gather business requirements and effectively implement an ERP, CRM, & PSA solutionMastery of Microsoft Office ProductsAbility to develop, grow and sustain client relationshipsEntrepreneurial spirit and a solution-oriented mindsetAbility to work in ever-changing, dynamic environmentsAbility to craft and deliver verbal, written, and oral messages and make recommendations to a variety of audiences, including client leadership and internal teamsDesire to get involved in the Riveron culture and internal initiatives, including community service, training, interviewing, intramurals and other social/networking activitiesWhat You'll Do:
Lead Business Development and SalesLead pre-sales meetings with prospective clients to assess project level-of-effort and to assist in determining if NetSuite is the best fit for requirements presentedScope NetSuite modules and services required to assist clients in achieving objectivesReview work plans and draft proposalsExecute ProjectsCollaborate with Strategy team members to develop effective NetSuite solutionsWork directly with Strategy team members to develop business requirements and translate requirements into specific NetSuite functionalityLead workshops to define implementation strategyLead implementation team(s) in executing implementationEnsure completion of tasks, milestones, and components including but not limited to functional specifications, design specifications, configurations, quality assurance, implementations, and project reviews for engagementsLead other engagement quality assurance efforts to deliver a superior implementationDefine integration requirements and collaborate with integration team to interface other outside applications with NetSuiteNetsuite Practice DevelopmentWork with practice leadership to develop NetSuite-specific training, business development training and collateral, and engagement materials/templates$100,000 - $180,000 a year
The expected pay range for this position is $100,000 to $180,000 (exclusive of bonus, equity, or benefits for which this role may be eligible). This range takes into account a variety of factors that are considered in making individual compensation decisions including but not limited to experience and training; skill sets; licensure and certifications; location and other business and organizational needs; and applicable laws.
