What We NeedCorpay is currently looking to hire a

Director of Strategic Sales

based in Southern Virginia within our payables line of business, which provides a comprehensive suite of online B2B payment solutions from AP automation to commercial expense cards and bill payment. In this role, you will be responsible for finding new opportunities and increasing revenue production within your assigned sales territory of Southern Virginia. You will report directly to the Vice President of Sales and regularly collaborate with the Corpay field sales organization.How We WorkAs a Director of Strategic Sales, you will be expected to work in a virtual environment. Corpay will set you up for success by providing:Monthly home internet stipendRole ResponsibilitiesGrowing new business by selling solutions to large market commercial accounts based within the United StatesResearching and understanding the prospective client’s business goals, objectives, and challengesCommunicating recommendations effectively to the appropriate level of leadership within a prospective companyBeing actively involved throughout the implementation phase with each new customer to ensure a quick and complete realization of revenueBuilding a professional network in order to build a pipeline of business prospectsCommunicating accurate and timely forecasts to multiple levels of managementEffectively communicating and collaborating with internal and external resources to deliver resultsActively participating in the preparation and execution of sales plans, events, and campaignsBeing responsible and accountable for meeting required sales/revenue targetsQualifications & SkillsBachelor's degree required5+ years of direct selling experience with a track record of hitting or exceeding sales goalsExperience selling to or managing relationships with corporate clients preferredStrong business development and prospecting skills; ability to quickly and effectively acquire new clientsExcellent verbal, written, interpersonal, relationship building and presentation skillsMust possess strong organizational, interpersonal and time management skillsMust have the ability to represent Corpay in a polished and professional manner to existing and potential clientsKnowledge of commercial payments and services preferredMust have a strong work ethic and self-disciplineAbility to travel extensively, up to 50%Compensation & BenefitsMedical, Dental & Vision benefits available the 1st month after hireAutomatic enrollment into our 401k plan (subject to eligibility requirements)Virtual fitness classes offered company-wideRobust PTO offerings including: major holidays, vacation, sick, personal, & volunteer timeEmployee discounts with major providersPhilanthropic support with both local and national organizationsFun culture with company-wide contests and prizesThis salary range is provided for locations which require such disclosure. Where a position or applicant may fall in a particular wage range varies depending on a number of factors, including but not limited to skill sets, experience, training, licensure and certifications (if applicable), and other business and organization needs. An estimate of the minimum and maximum salary range is $80,000 - $100,000 plus additional variable compensation according to the sales incentive plan for this position.Corpay is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
