We are always moving forward – always pushing ourselves to go further in our efforts to build a more equitable, inclusive world for our employees, our customers and our communities.The RoleIn this role, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing a comprehensive crisis management program to minimize the impact of disruptions to business operations, ensure the safety of employees, and protect the organization's assets.Tasked with providing leadership in the growth of the crisis management program, this includes leading program management and framework at the enterprise level, development and administration of program-specific tools and platforms, resources/training and event response exercise development and facilitation.This position will take the lead in coordinating live event threat monitoring, business disruption response, event/exercise response, and recovery coordination activities such as urgent communication tool administration, messaging protocols, and enterprise-wide collaboration.Responsibilities:Develop and maintain a comprehensive Crisis and Emergency Management (CEM) program that identifies potential risks and outlines response protocols including planning, assessment, response, and recovery.Partner with business units to assess their continuity and CEM needs and provide guidance on risk management strategies.Develop and conduct crisis management training and awareness programs for employees and stakeholders to ensure they understand their roles and responsibilities in crisis and emergency management.Provide governance and oversight of the CEM program, including tools and resources, and execute program management strategies, plans, and playbooks, ensuring alignment to regulatory requirements and industry standards.Manage, monitor, and drive response and recovery planning activities at the regional and national levels.Work with external partners, such as emergency services, government agencies, and insurance providers, to ensure appropriate support is available during a crisis to regional and country Crisis Management Teams (CMT).Continually assess the organization's emergency plans to ensure they remain effective and relevant as required by policy and Corporate Guidelines.Act as the primary point of contact for multi-disciplinary teams during significant crisis management related issues within the organization.Facilitate live event Lesson Learned/Postmortem assessments with front line teams, key partners, and stakeholders to identify gaps and risks, analyze and identify root cause for remediation and improvements to processes, procedures, plans, and playbooks.Your Future at KyndrylEvery position at Kyndryl offers a way forward to grow your career, from Junior Administrator to Architect. Your actual compensation may vary depending on your geography, job-related skills, and experience. For part-time roles, the compensation will be adjusted appropriately. The pay or salary range will not be below any applicable state, city or local minimum wage requirement.There is a different applicable compensation range for the following work locations:California: $102,720 to $213,000Colorado: $93,360 to $177,360New York City: $112,080 to $213,000Washington: $102,720 to $195,120Washington DC: $102,720 to $195,120This position will be eligible for Kyndryl’s discretionary annual bonus program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Kyndryl’s applicable plans.
