This is an opportunity to continue to shape the talent behind our games!The ideal candidate will draw on their knowledge of talent acquisition and will forge dynamic relationships with business leaders, hiring managers, and engaged job seekers alike. This individual will maintain a proven track record for sourcing and maintaining relationships with all candidates throughout the interview process. They should be highly organized and deeply value the candidate experience at all levels.This individual will need to be creative and driven with a proven track record of excellent client relations, internal collaboration, and ability to have a positive impact in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment. The Recruiter is responsible for all roles across our various studios and will report to the Manager of People & Culture. Additional responsibilities include:Partner with hiring managers to gain a strong understanding of the business and respective talent requirements and candidate profilesDetermine best course of action for external talent acquisition ranging from traditional staffing strategies to unique sourcing for a variety of rolesProvide ongoing consultation and guidance to hiring managers as job responsibilities change/evolve over time due to business growth status and modify recruiting strategies as appropriateDevelop and implement proactive sourcing strategies to ensure ongoing pipeline of external candidates and balanced speed/quality of source-to-hire turnaroundDeliver on all activities of recruiting, ranging from sourcing best talent, conducting effective and insightful screening, making candidate recommendations to hiring managers, coordinating the interview process, ensuring positive candidate experienceEnsure compliance with all legal aspects of recruiting and candidate selectionTrain and inform hiring managers and interviewers on interviewing and selection best practicesPrioritize the candidate experience throughout the interview processesAble to learn and easily navigate various software tools including Greenhouse, our ATS, and Jira, our internal ticketing systemWhat craft expertise you’ll have:Strong knowledge and utilization of recruitment tools including social media channels and ATS; Greenhouse is a plus!Proficient with the Microsoft Office Suite (Word and Excel)Experience with ticketing systems such as JiraOther CriteriaAt least 5 years of experience, responsible for full cycle recruiting, preferably in software technology or gaming industryDemonstrated ability to recruit for a broad range of positions across multiple locations within the USADemonstrated success with sourcing methodologies and behavioral interviewingFamiliarity with legal compliance as it relates to EEOC and recruiting best practicesProven track record to deliver against various metrics including time-to-fill, retention, cost-per-hire, and diversity of candidatesAdditionally, you should possess:Excellent verbal and written communicationHighly organized, with strong attention to detailExceptional time management skillsDriven, self-motivated, and a creative thinker!We invite you to get in the game with us and help us make exciting experiences!ABOUT OUR COMPANYDaybreak Game Company LLC is a recognized worldwide leader in massively multiplayer online games.
