Resolve technical issues through debugging, research, and investigationProvide Level 2 support for the system within agreed service levelsManage the effectiveness of Incident, Service Request, Change, and Problem management processes for the service areaProvide ongoing communication of ticket status per SLAAttend customer facing status calls daily/weekly, when appropriateResponsible for the maintenance of system configurations and process documentation, operating procedures, and infrastructure support documentationHelp with operations after go-live, ensuring SLAs are adhered to and metWork closely with business, Engineering, Infrastructure/DevOps and Security teams on activities related to supporting the IAM service offeringsFollow approved life cycle methodologiesCreate knowledge documentation for testing, troubleshooting, mitigation, and resolutionWHAT YOU BRING
U.S. Citizenship: Applicants must be United States citizens.Master’s Degree in an Engineering discipline, or a bachelor’s degree and 7+ years of professional software engineering experienceStrong Domain knowledge in Identity and Access Management (IAM)Experience building, scaling & monitoring infrastructure needed for SaaS based application and services.7 years supporting AWS/Azure environments and native services.7 years working within Linux (e.g., Red Hat, CentOS) environments.5 years supporting Network Integration using cloud native services.5 years working within a DevOps or CI/CD environment.5 years scripting (preferred languages Python, Java, or BASH)Expertise in infrastructure as code (e.g., cloud formation, ARM, Terraform, Ansible, Chef, Puppet)Experience with configuring, deploying, and operating public cloud services (e.g., Azure, AWS, GCP)Experience with network features, e.g., cloud network topology, BGP, routing, web (REST) APIsDatabase: Extensive experience in database operations & MySQLExperience in invoking REST/SOAP web services using tools such as Postman.5 years of experience in identity and access management with a focus on Federal compliance.Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles and best practices.The candidate must:
